Lens · local file viewers

Drop a file. Read it properly.

Eleven viewers for the formats that show up in a working day — markdown, JSON, CSV, HTML, YAML, XML, JSONL, source, diffs, config and logs. Drop anything here and Lens works out which one it needs. Every file is parsed, rendered and remembered inside your own browser: there is no upload step because there is nowhere to upload to.

Files you open are remembered here, on this device, and are listed by every viewer. Nothing is sent anywhere — clearing them is permanent.

    No server

The parsers, the renderers and the storage all run in this page. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to.

    Any of eleven

The extension decides which viewer opens. If a file has none, or is a generic .txt, its first few thousand characters decide instead.

    Every one prints

Each viewer has a print stylesheet of its own — real page breaks, repeating table headers, expanded trees. Save any of them as a PDF.
